2. Products & Orders
- All our products are made-to-order and handcrafted with care.
- As each product is uniquely created, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, and dye may occur. These are not defects but characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.
- No cancellations or modifications will be accepted once an order is placed. Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship both within India and internationally.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 weeks from the date of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we aim for all orders to be delivered within 6 weeks.
- Shipping charges are additional and displayed at checkout.
- For international orders, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) options are available at extra cost.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds as all pieces are custom-made.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Our team will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or repair based on our discretion.
5. Product Care & Warranty
- Our products are made using delicate handwork and artisanal techniques.
- They require careful handling and are not covered under any warranty.
- Hayagreeva is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or maintenance of garments.
6. Payments
We accept online payments through Razorpay, which includes options such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All payments are secure and processed through Razorpay's encrypted gateway.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Hayagreeva or are used with permission. Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control. Hayagreeva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
